John McCue, DVM, DACVIM (SAIM, Neurology)
Speaker Bio:
Dr. McCue is a graduate of Cornell University where he earned his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2005. He returned home to New York City to complete a rotating internship at the Animal Medical. He later continued at the AMC obtaining board certification in Small Animal Internal Medicine and later Neurology. Dr. McCue has been a staff neurologist at the Animal Medical Center since 2011. His professional interests include cerebrovascular disease and metabolic encephalopathy, with an emphasis on the use of MRI in the clinical setting.
In 2015 Dr. McCue began work to establish the Rayner Minimally Invasive Neurosurgery Center which is dedicated to expanding the use of endoscopic techniques for the treatment of neurosurgical diseases in companion animals.
